Granola

4 c. old fashioned oats
2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. canola oil
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Stir altogether. Spread in sprayed jelly roll pan.
Toast 350 from 14 minutes. Stir cook for an additional 10 minutes.

I've never seen a granola recipe with condensed milk. I always use honey. I'll have to try this out-I LOVE condensed milk

i finally tried your version today-the salt adds a unique flavor as well. I love eating it warm out of the oven. yummy...
